Job Description

LPN Day & Night Shift Nurse -
Dublin Post Acute Pay:
$28.00-$35.00 per hour (Based on Experience) Dublin Post Acute is currently hiring dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for both Day Shift and Night Shift positions. Join a team committed to providing exceptional care and improving the lives of our residents every day.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans Administer medications, treatments, and monitor resident conditions Document resident care accurately and timely Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members Respond promptly to resident needs and changes in condition Ensure compliance with all facility, state, and federal regulations
Qualifications:
Current Ohio LPN License in good standing Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
