Job Summary:

Belove It Care, a leading provider of in-home skilled nursing care, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN or RN to join our team. As a split-shift nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to a client requiring consistent daily support and monitoring. Schedule:

Morning Shift:

8:00 AM

• 11:00

AM Evening Shift:

6:00 PM

• 8:00

PM Duties & Responsibilities:

Blood glucose monitoring Insulin administration (with meals) Medication administration Wound care (as needed) Foley catheter care and/or irrigation Ongoing client assessment Accurate documentation of care provided Communication with care team regarding any changes

Qualifications:

Active LPN or RN license (Ohio) Experience with wound care and catheter care preferred Strong clinical and documentation skills Reliable transportation and professionalism Why Work with
