Summary We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Registered Nurse, to join our team at Life Care Centers of America. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being while supporting the overall mission of delivering high-quality healthcare. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team. Assist with patient assessments and documentation in compliance with facility policies. Provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families. Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans. Participate in patient education regarding health management and wellness. Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients. Requirements Current LPN/RN license in the state of practice. Strong skills in medical documentation and IV insertion. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on customer service.
