Job Description
DeCoach Recovery Centre is a local leader in Ohio for addiction treatment. We offer both inpatient and outpatient treatment options, sober living housing, medication assisted treatment and more. All of our clients are treated as individuals, and their treatment plans are tailored based on their needs. Our goal is to offer our clients everything they will need to not only reach sobriety, but to stay sober long-term.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician or nurse practitioner.
Monitor clients' vital signs and overall health status, reporting any changes or concerns to the medical team.
Assist with medical assessments, screenings, and intake processes for new clients.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team including physicians, therapists, and counselors to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Educate and counsel clients on health management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation according to regulatory standards.
Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Previous experience in addiction treatment, behavioral health, or psychiatric nursing is preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
Understanding of addiction and its impact on individuals and families.
Proficient computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.

The LPN will play a crucial role in our residential treatment program, ensuring that our clients receive high-quality medical care and support throughout their recovery journey. This position requires a compassionate and detail-oriented individual who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals struggling with addiction.Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Must be a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in the state of Ohio.Previous experience in addiction treatment, behavioral health, or psychiatric nursing is preferred.
