Non‑medical resumes will be automatically rejected.- Position Overview The Whole List Doc (TWLD) is seeking a clinically skilled, wellness‑focused, and patient‑centered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing functional medicine team.
This role is ideal for an LPN who thrives at the intersection of clinical care, patient education, and supportive communication. As one of the first clinical touchpoints for patients, you will guide individuals through their wellness journey, support clinical operations, and help patients understand TWLD's transformative programs. You'll collaborate closely with our physician, nutritionists, and health coaches while contributing to a mission‑driven, root‑cause‑focused care model.
- Key Responsibilities Patient Onboarding & Support Welcome new patients and guide them through their personalized functional medicine care plan.
Conduct Triage Calls to assess readiness, clinical needs, and alignment with TWLD's Transform System. Provide clear, compassionate education on treatment plans, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations. Build long‑term patient relationships that foster trust, adherence, and success. Clinical Duties (Within LPN Scope) Perform and assist with: IM injections SubQ injections IV therapy support (preparation, monitoring, documentation) Ozone therapy support (training provided) Conduct vitals, intake assessments, and symptom reviews. Prepare and maintain clinical rooms, supplies, and equipment. Support the physician during in‑office procedures as needed. Laboratory Coordination Perform blood draws and specimen collection. Prepare lab requisitions and detailed testing instructions. Package and ship laboratory specimens according to protocol. Track incoming results and notify the provider of abnormal findings. Maintain inventory of lab kits and testing materials. Collaboration & Clinical Integration Work closely with the physician, nutritionists, and coaches to ensure seamless, personalized care. Maintain a deep understanding of TWLD's systems, including: Interactive online training At‑home learning modules Personalized health solutions Long‑term wellness strategies
You Will:
Lead triage calls and guide patients through program options Educate patients on functional medicine protocols and next steps Perform injections, blood draws, vitals, and IV/ozone support Build trust‑based relationships that drive patient commitment Manage scheduling, follow‑ups, and patient communication Process lab orders, track results, and maintain accurate documentation Support EMR updates, chart prep, and clinical workflow organization
You Bring:
Active LPN license
- Strong communication + patient‑education skills Confidence in guiding patients toward the right clinical decisions Experience with injections, phlebotomy, and EMR systems Organized, proactive, and excited about functional medicine Medical background required.
