Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. The LPN will provide high-quality patient care across various settings, including long-term care, assisted living, acute care, and community health environments. This role offers an opportunity to work flexibly while making a meaningful difference in patients' lives through expert nursing interventions. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care in accordance with healthcare standards and regulations. Duties Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) , including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Measure and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure). Assist with mobility : helping patients walk, transfer, or reposition in bed to prevent bedsores. Observe and report changes in patients' conditions to the nursing staff. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient rooms and equipment.
