Summary:

As an LPN, you will provide direct and indirect patient care to an assigned group of patients under the direction of a registered nurse. Working closely with our healthcare team, you will ensure the well-being of our patients and adhere to infection control policies.

Essential Duties:

Deliver patient care following the patient's care plan under the supervision of an RN. Accurately record patient measurements and observations. Administer prescribed medications as directed by the physician. Collaborate effectively with other caregivers on the unit.

Compensation:

Hourly rate ranges from $22hr to $30.50hr depending on experience and position. Comprehensive benefits package provided to support employee well-being.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. One year of prior LPN experience. Current Ohio LPN license. IV certification required for bedside work. Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days. Proficient in medication administration and clinical knowledge.
