Overview:

School Nurse for 2026/2027 school year.

Compensation:

LPN - $40/hourly, RN - $46 hourly

Job Responsibilities:

Provided 1:1 nursing care for a kindergarten-aged student with specialized medical needs. Accompany the student during transportation between home and school. Monitor and respond to the student's healthcare needs throughout the school day. Collaborate with school staff, family members, and healthcare providers as appropriate. Maintain accurate documentation and follow physician orders and care plans.

Requirements:

Current LPN or RN license in good standing in Ohio. Experience with tracheostomy care preferred. Pediatric experience is a plus. Strong communication and critical thinking skills. CPR Certification Knowledge of any state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
