Job Description

GentleBrook is looking for an experienced LPN Assisted Living & Memory Care to join our team at The HomeStead, Assisted Living / Memory Care in Hartville, Ohio.
LPN Assisted Living & Memory Care Pay & Schedule Availability:
$28.00/hr Full Time (3 shifts per week including rotating weekends) $5,000 SIGN
ON BONUS!

LPN Assisted Living & Memory Care Benefits:

LPN Assisted Living & Memory Care Qualifications:
Must have a clean background check & drug screen Must have an Ohio driver license Must have a current and valid Ohio LPN license Must have experience working in assisted living or long term care facility Experience with Alzheimer's and dementia is preferred but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to build relationships with residents, family members and staff
LPN Assisted Living & Memory Care Responsibilities:
Responsible for all nursing care of all residents during his/her shift Supervision of the nursing department and performance of staff assigned to his/her zone or hall including nursing assistants and medication aid Provide education and guidance to the staff under your assigned area Take verbal and written orders from medical personnel and transcribe, note and follow up on the orders and document the nursing notes Maintain a professional relationship with the medical professionals of the facility If you meet the above qualifications for our LPN Assisted Living & Memory Care position, please apply today!
