Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitoring residents' health and reporting changes to the care team. Collaborating with staff to create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment. Building strong relationships with residents and their families to provide exceptional care. What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you'll need: A valid LPN license.
