Job Description
What You'll Do Pass meds and provide excellent resident care Monitor changes and communicate with the care team Chart like a champion Support STNAs and work together as a team Build real relationships with residents and families Survive occasional "Where's my call light?" marathons with humor and grace Schedule Full-time 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a) Work 3 days a week and enjoy more days off Weekend rotation required Many LPNs say the biggest perk of 12s is having more days off during the week.
