  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly
  • Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and physicians
  • Support rehabilitation goals and promote patient independence
  • Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care every shift Your expertise will be essential in helping residents recover, heal, and thrive. 🎯 What We're Looking For
  • Current, active LPN license in good standing
  • Skilled nursing or rehab experience preferred (new grads welcome!)
  • Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
