Our team of healthcare professionals collaborates to ensure that each resident receives individualized attention and the best possible outcomes.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team. As a Floor Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents and assist in the daily operations of the unit. This role is vital in ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents Ensure accurate documentation of resident care, medications, and treatments Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members Assist STNAs and other team members as needed to ensure high-quality resident care Comply with state and federal regulations, facility policies, and procedures
Qualifications:
Valid LPN license in the state of Ohio Current CPR certification Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting is a plus but not required
