Job Description

Madison Senior Living community is a cozy 44-bed assisted living community looking for a caring and compassionate LPN or RN to join our team. Here, our LPN's and RN's get to know our residents on a personal level—not just as a "pill pusher." If you're tired of the chaotic pace and endless paperwork, we have a refreshing opportunity for you. Our LPN's and RN's seem to love it and we think you will to. We pride ourselves on providing dignified healthcare in a non-institutional way. Forget about traditional scrubs, med carts, and call lights. We want our residents to enjoy life, focusing on good food and fun, rather than the typical healthcare experience. We think outside the box to create great days for both residents and staff.
Qualifications:
Current Ohio LPN or RN Nursing license Strong communication and follow-up skills Ability to multitask Fair, respectful, and courteous to others Customer-first approach to care
