Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Parkersburg, WV. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents and patients Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient conditions and report any changes Maintain accurate nursing documentation and charting Assist with daily patient care and activities of daily living Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations Support a safe and comfortable environment for residents Required Qualifications Active LPN License in good standing Current BLS Certification preferred Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong critical thinking and clinical problem-solving abilities Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
