RN/LPN JOB SUMMARY
Provides direct/indirect patient care utilizing the nursing process within the environment of a Physician office. Applies critical thinking skills to assure the delivery of safe, quality, age specific care. Documents accurately and in a timely manner. Communicates and collaborates with other healthcare team members. Adheres to organizational policies and procedures; regulatory accrediting body requirements; and professional practice standards.
MEDICAL ASST JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the clinical and clerical support in the physician office. This includes, but is not limited to, patient assessment, vital signs, phlebotomy, urinalysis/body fluid specimens, EKG's, along with documentation, faxing, copying, and mailing records, completion of forms, scheduling of tests for patients; and pre-certifying patient visits/screenings. Clerical support for scheduling/reception of patients, registration, charging and initiation of new records; and maintenance of current records. Communicates and collaborates with other healthcare team members. Adheres to organizational polices and procedures. Requirements Include
RN/LPN EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Graduate of an accredited program for nursing education with a current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State of Ohio required. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification required. Two (2) years minimum clinical experience required.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Registered/Certified Medical Assistant required after 2/1/22. If not Certified/Registered at time of hire, MA will have 6 months to obtain.
