Full-Time Nights LPN Northcrest Rehab and Nursing Center in Napoleon, Ohio is seeking Full-Time Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team! Position Summary:

As a Northcrest LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN or Director of Nursing. You will play a vital role in ensuring quality care, comfort, and safety throughout the night.

Essential Functions:

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor resident conditions and report changes Support and assist CNAs with resident care Maintain accurate and timely documentation Promote and protect resident rights Follow all facility policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned

Night Shift Qualifications:

Current LPN license in the state of Ohio Strong communication and clinical skills Long-term care experience preferred
