ON BONUS!
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our healthcare team in a full-time or part-time capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a member of our nursing staff, you will play a crucial role in promoting patient health and well-being by delivering comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and mental health.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and document patients' vital signs and changes in condition. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care. Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention. Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for patients. Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards and practices. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
  • Qualifications:
  • Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio.
Previous nursing experience in [preferred area, e.g., acute care, long-term care, etc. is highly desirable. BLS/CPR certification required; additional certifications may be required based on specialty. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
