Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Meadow Falls of Rocky River, a leading provider of senior care services. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents, providing support with daily living activities, administering medications, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
Current LPN licensure in the state of Ohio 0 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse Possess a strong understanding of nursing principles, practices, and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
Work Environment:
