Wages are paid based on experience and are decided by the hiring manager during the interview. 12-hour shift or Weekend only options are available Sign-on bonus for PT is $4,000 and for FT is $8,000! Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures Delegating suitable components of the care plan to the nursing assistants, provides guidance and supervision when necessary Consulting with and validating data Recording pertinent information in the patient record Identifying and evaluating the resident's response to health problems and treatments Communicating residents care needs to others involved in the care Assuming responsibility for professional growth and development:
