Current State License as an LPN/RN Prior experience working with the elderly population Prior experience in Long-Term Care/Healthcare is preferred Empathy and care for those that need help Effective communication skills Some of Your Responsibilities as an

Administer medications and treatments to residents as per physician orders Maintain accuracy of patient records including charting as needed Report and investigate incidents thoroughly and timely Assist physicians during rounds Provide guidance and training for aides Demonstrates proficient nursing skills
