Springfield, OH Available Shifts:
Days (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) Weekend Rotation Required New Graduates and Walk-Ins Welcome! Join a team that values compassion, excellence, and professional growth. Aventura at Oakwood is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide exceptional care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and document residents' health conditions Assist with developing and implementing care plans Provide direct nursing care, including wound and catheter care Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members Educate residents and families on health management Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions Assist with training and supervising nursing assistants
Qualifications:
Current Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care Ability to maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation
