We place fully credentialed LPNs, RNs, and STNAs at skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and rehabilitation centers across Toledo, Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, and all of Northwest Ohio. What We Offer $32.00 - $38.00 per hour based on experience Weekly direct deposit W-2 employment Flexible per diem scheduling — you choose your shifts Weekend and short-notice shift premiums available Work close to home — facilities across Ohio Supportive nurse-led management team Easy digital shift management through our free app Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and Ohio LPN scope of practice Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor and document patient condition and progress Communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team Uphold HIPAA confidentiality and resident rights at all times Requirements Active Ohio LPN license in good standing — required Current
AHA BLS/CPR
