What You'll Do:

Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely Monitor and document resident health changes and report to RN/physician as needed Assist with ADLs (activities of daily living) and ensure resident comfort and dignity Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members Support a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for residents

Qualifications:

Valid LPN license in the state of Ohio Current CPR certification (or willing to obtain) Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or geriatric nursing preferred Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
