Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Prepare and administer treatments Keep daily floor census Giving nursing care according to physician's orders Monitor & records vital signs Assist physician in diagnostic & therapeutic measures Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Report resident's condition to physician Maintain accurate records of observation/care and records in nurse's notes Assist in maintaining physical, social, and psychological environment which will be to the best interest and welfare of individual residents Supervise cleanliness of work area and keep clean Give individual instructions and demonstrations to nursing assistants Follow MAR when preparing and administering medications Contact physician when necessary and give information to next shift Notify physician and family/responsible party when there is a signification change in a resident's condition Record I & O on MAR We offer a great working atmosphere with newly increased nursing pay!

Qualifications:

Current RN or LPN OH License Knowledge of general nursing theory and practice Genuine interest in geriatric nursing Friendly personality & neat appearance Dependable & reliable
