Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Cedar Hill Healthcare & Rehabilitation. vaccines Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team. Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans. Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations. Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records. Requirements Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio. Experience in Long Term Care, Behavioral Health or Acute Care preferred. Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
