Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Overview We are seeking a certified LPN for specialty clinic patient care with added IV infusion training and experience , to join our healthcare team. Hourly wage is commensurate with training and experience. Duties Administer medications and injections accurately following physician orders while adhering to HIPAA regulations and safety protocols. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, and physical examinations to inform treatment plans. Document patient information thoroughly using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) to ensure medical records are complete and compliant with regulations. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Proven experience with clinical medical practices. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, ICD coding (ICD-10), and diagnostic evaluation techniques. Competency in medication administration, IV infusion therapy, phlebotomy, and basic life support (BLS). Familiarity with infection control practices and aseptic techniques across various clinical procedures. Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges; experience in geriatrics or memory care is highly valued. Excellent patient assessment skills combined with compassionate communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
