Job Description

Staff Development Coordinator / Scheduler We're looking for an organized, energetic leader who is passionate about employee development and helping staff succeed. This position plays a key role in onboarding new employees, coordinating staff education, maintaining compliance training, and assisting with staffing coordination.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding Schedule and track required employee training and annual education Conduct or coordinate in-service education programs Maintain employee training records and compliance documentation Assist with skills validations and competency evaluations Develop monthly education calendars and training plans Work closely with department heads to identify training needs Assist with staff scheduling and coverage needs Support recruitment, retention, and employee engagement efforts Participate in quality improvement and regulatory compliance activities
Qualifications:
Long-term care experience preferred Experience in staff development, education, scheduling, or healthcare leadership preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work independently Proficient with computer systems and Microsoft Office Why Join Our Team?
