You will work closely with the nursing team to administer medications, perform vitals, and monitor patient conditions. Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Perform routine nursing tasks, such as changing dressings and inserting catheters
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Requirements:
- Current LPN/LVN certification in the state of Oklahoma
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting (or equivalent)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
