You will work closely with the nursing team to administer medications, perform vitals, and monitor patient conditions. Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
  • Perform routine nursing tasks, such as changing dressings and inserting catheters
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
  • Requirements:
  • Current LPN/LVN certification in the state of Oklahoma
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting (or equivalent)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
