As an Evening Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Linwood Village Nursing, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and compassion to our residents. Our nursing team is committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care, and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our evening shift team.
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to our residents according to their individualized care plans, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure a warm and welcoming environment Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, treatment, and progress Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and services
Requirements:
