Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Perform physical examinations and record patient medical history
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Scribe clinical visits with the physician.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and symptoms
- Assist with procedures, starting IVs
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, medication management, and lifestyle modifications
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Coordinate and provide home care services for patients in need
- Perform phlebotomy and IV infusion as require
