Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care and oversee the completion of duties by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Medication Assistants (CMAs) Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and medication administration Participate in team-driven efforts to ensure excellent patient outcomes and facility operations Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Act as an advocate for our residents and their families

As an LPN Charge Nurse, you will be held to a higher standard. You will be responsible for assuring that all CNA and CMA duties have been completed, properly and timely, and that you have completed your duties, including proper documentation. We are a team-driven facility, and you will be asked to step in and help out, wherever needed, and the rest of your team will be asked to do the same for you!
