Individuals should have a strong knowledge of patient care and clinical patient management, including but not limited to telephone triage and patient flow.

Hours:

8am

• 4:30pm, Mon

• Fri Compensation:

  $23
• $25 per hour Duties & responsibilities: Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Front office experience, preferred (answering calls, scheduling, patient calls, refill requests, prior authorizations, etc.

) Insurance experience, preferred Records patient data in

EPIC EMR

system at each visit, including but not limited to, vital signs, height, weight, allergies & medication changes. Obtains all necessary consents prior to treatment or procedure Trained to give injections Displays excellent customer service, verbal & written communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Current, up-to-date LPN licensure Associate degree, required 2+ years of EMR systems experience, preferable EPIC

• (CKD/ESRD experience is a huge plus) Minimum of 2+ years of urology or nephrology experience with knowledge of drugs and labs specific to the field of pain management BLS Certification, preferred Must be a team player, have a positive attitude and possess soft skills needed to be successful.
