Must be able to work weekends & holidays. Frequent lifting & moving. Must have the ability to lift, move, & transfer 100 lbs with the physical capability to perform all job-related duties. Implementing specific procedures and programs Participating with the director of nursing and the ADON in establishing specific goals Determining work procedures and expediting workflow Ensuring compliance with all operating policies and procedures and Oklahoma Department of Health regulations and Federal Health Care Administration regulations Communicating with and supervising appropriate personnel Providing daily reports and other periodic reports Performing all the duties of a certified nursing aide (CNA) and certified medication aide (CMA) when required.
Essential Duties:
Have active RNLPN Licensure for the State of Oklahoma Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation every single day Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality,in-home care environment Willingness to enforce health and safety standards Supportive and compassionate High School Diplomaequivalent and a Diploma from an accredited nursing school. Take pride in providing high-quality care Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to client)
