This role is perfect for nurses looking for the freedom to work when they want, without being tied to a fixed schedule or long-term commitment. Pick up shifts that fit your availability while gaining experience in a variety of healthcare settings. As part of our team, you will provide compassionate patient care, support daily nursing operations, assist with treatments and medication administration, and help maintain high standards of care in fast-paced environments. Ideal candidates are adaptable, reliable, and confident working independently in skilled nursing and healthcare facilities. Provide direct patient care including medication administration, treatments, charting, and monitoring resident conditions. Support residents with daily healthcare needs while ensuring comfort, safety, and quality of care in a skilled nursing environment. Communicate effectively with nurses, physicians, staff Qualifications Active Oregon LPN license required. Must have nursing home experience obtained after becoming licensed as an LPN. Must be dependable, adaptable, and able to work independently in different facility settings. Required availability of at least 1 shift per week or 4 shifts per month. Flexible schedule Application Question(s): Do you have an LPN license in Oregon? This is a very specific requirement, we will not respond to applicants without an OR license Do you have experience in either, LTC, SNF, Rehab, AL, Memory care, and or LTAC facilities after becoming a LPN? We can not consider any other experience Can you travel locally to pick up shifts? Everything we have is spread out. Can you work at least one shift every week or at least 4 shift monthly? We can provide f/t if flexible, but we are not an agency you can sign on and not work or communicate
