Job Summary:

Job Description We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate, collaborative team. As part of our Skilled Nursing Facility, you will support residents needing long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, and post-acute recovery. The LPN works closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality nursing care, monitor and report changes in patient condition, and help residents maintain their highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. New graduates are welcome to apply.
