Job Summary:
Job Description We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate, collaborative team. As part of our Skilled Nursing Facility, you will support residents needing long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, and post-acute recovery. The LPN works closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality nursing care, monitor and report changes in patient condition, and help residents maintain their highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. New graduates are welcome to apply. Job Requirements Graduation from an accredited LPN program Current, active LPN/LVN license in good standing in the State of Oregon CPR certification upon hire (must remain current) One year of skilled nursing experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to follow nursing standards, state regulations, and facility procedures Professional conduct and teamwork mindset This employer is an Equal Opportunity Employer Employer Notes Qualified candidates will have the following: Must be able to monitor and report changes in patient condition Must be able to assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs Must be able to make independent decisions when appropriate Must be able to deliver nursing care competently and safely Must be able to maintain positive interactions with patients and families Hours Full-Time Day Shift Shift differentials: Evening +$1/hr, NOC +$2/hr
Pay Hourly Rate:
$37.00 - $45.10
Differential Pay:
