Job Description

Are you passionate about patient care and making a difference? We're hiring Clinic Medication Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our expanding team at the brand-new Klamath Falls Treatment Center. $38.00/hr.-$48.00/hr. Depending on Experience Sign on Bonus $ 10,000
Full Time/Part Time Available Relocation Assistance Provided Benefits Health, Dental, Vision Plans:

Thanks Reward & Recognition Program Annual Service Awards Team Member of the Quarter & Year Awards Our treatment center hours are: 5:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. M-F and 6:00 - 10:00 a.m. on rotating Saturdays. What does your day look like: Will be responsible for administering and dispensing the proper dose of methadone or buprenorphine medication to each client per order given by the prescribing licensed independent practitioner. Performs screening of clients and updates charting regarding client's progress. Relays client feedback to appropriate team members to assure coordination of care. Provide compassionate high-quality care. Qualifications and Skills Licensure in Oregon LPN or RN. CPR Certified. Meet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
