$31-$37/HR (DOE) + $2,500 SOB + Shift Differentials About the Opportunity A highly respected behavioral healthanization in Portland is seekingpassionate and motivated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a growing Sobering & Deflection Center team. This is an excellent opportunity for LPNs who are passionate about behavioral health, addiction medicine, crisis intervention, harm reduction, and serving vulnerable populations in a meaningful,munity-focused environment. What You'll Be Doing Provide direct nursing care within a sobering and behavioral health stabilization environment Complete patient assessments, medication administration, and clinical documentation Support individuals experiencing intoxication, substance use disorders, mental health crises, and co-occurring conditions Monitor patient safety, withdrawal symptoms, and stabilization progress Collaborate closely with RNs, behavioral health teams, providers, case managers, andmunity resources Assist with care coordination, referrals, and discharge planning maintain a safe, trauma-informed, recovery-focused environment Qualifications Active LPN license (Oregon) Ability to work a consistent 12-hour day or night schedule Experience or interest in behavioral health, detox, addiction medicine, crisis stabilization, ER, corrections, or acute care preferred Passion formunity-focused behavioral health and patient advocacy Benefits 5 weeks PTO No rotating shifts 401(k) with immediate vesting and employer match Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Tuition reimbursement and career growth opportunities PSLF-eligible employer Wellness programs, HSA/FSA options, and pet insurance PTO cash-out options after one year
