Job Description

At Willamette View, you'll contribute to the ethos of "Inspiring the Art of Living Well" for our active resident community, playing a key role in helping individuals lead rich and fulfilling lives. If you appreciate the importance of personal relationships and making a meaningful impact on the lives of others, then our unique, lively, and progressive senior community is the ideal place for you. Who are we looking for? Caring for others is more than a profession—it's a calling. As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Willamette View, you will be at the heart of a community where compassionate care is our foundation. Here, every interaction is an opportunity to bring comfort, dignity, and reassurance to those who rely on you. You won't just be overseeing care plans and administering treatments; you'll be a source of strength, an advocate, and a trusted presence in the lives of residents and their families. In this role, you'll lead with both skill and heart, ensuring that each resident receives the personalized care they deserve. Whether it's noticing a subtle change in a resident's health, offering a listening ear to a worried family member, or guiding the nursing team with expertise and warmth , your contributions will shape the well-being of our community. Your ability to assess, respond, and collaborate with physicians and care managers will make a profound impact—not just on health outcomes, but on the quality of life for those you serve. If you are a compassionate leader, a skilled clinician, and someone who finds fulfillment in making a real difference , we invite you to join us. This is more than a job; it's an opportunity to bring comfort, connection, and purpose to every day. Come be part of a team where your care is not only needed—it's deeply appreciated.
