Position Requirements:
Admitting new residents Assisting physicians during rounds of residents' rooms Assigning and delegating duties to non-licensed nursing staff Monitoring resident care and supervising other nursing staff Performing ongoing assessments of residents' physical and mental health Explaining procedures and treatment protocols to residents These positions are perfect for those who want to be paid more than the industry standard and be truly valued for their skillset. Qualifications Valid LPN license and CPR certification Proficient in patient care and assessment, including catheterization and tube feeding Knowledge of EHR systems and HIPAA regulations Experience in critical care, long-term care, or assisted living settings Familiarity with IV infusion and triage procedures Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse populations, including those with developmental disabilities
