Description Job Details:

For our

PRN, LPN

position, we're looking at someone to provide at least 5 days of availability per month and work at least 2 of those 5 days, including one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)

IF NEEDED

by the facility to assist in medication pass and emergencies during our 12-hour nights. Pay differential is included.

Schedule:

Week 1: Mon-Tues-Fri

• Sat Week 2: Sun-Wed-Thur Work every other weekend (Fri-Sat-Sun) Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in an outpatient settings.

Assess patient needs and develop a plan of care to meet those needs. Perform nursing assessments and interventions to ensure quality patient care. Document patient progress and treatments in the medical record. Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention. Administer medications as prescribed by the physician. Monitor vital signs and adjust treatments accordingly. Provide excellent care!

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Requirements:

Valid LPN license in the state of Oregon 1 year experience as an LPN preferred Active BLS from either the AHA or ARC Ability to pass a background check BLS Certification
