This is an exciting opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who wants to serve patients with primary care needs and guiding them through wellness therapies.

Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. This role emphasizes Wellness along with direct patient care (DPC). proven experience in a medical clinic, healthcare administration, or a similar role. Works under minimal supervision to provide administrative support for complex programs, processes, and projects requiring a broad scope of responsibility.

Responsibilities (Included but not limited to) Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, peptides, and hormone treatments as delegated by a licensed provider, while monitoring for side effects and adverse reactions. Assist in assessing and documenting patient symptoms, health history, and progress. Collaborate with providers to implement patient care plans and wellness protocols. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in the EMR. Deliver patient education on wellness therapies, treatment expectations, and self-care. Perform routine clinical tasks, including vital signs, blood draws, EKGs, wound care, and in-office procedures within LPN scope and provider delegation. Assist with suture removal, dressing changes, and management of minor wound complications. Handle patient communication, triage documentation, and pharmacy coordination professionally. Maintain HIPAA compliance and uphold the highest standards of patient privacy and safety. Support a welcoming, professional clinic environment consistent with Neaman Wellness Center's patient-centered mission. Maintain autoclave processes and ensure proper sterilization and care of instruments and clinical equipment. Skills & Competencies Strong proficiency in medication administration, injections, IV therapy support, and adherence to clinical protocols. Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy, clear communication, and professionalism. Ability to recognize changes in patient condition and promptly escalate concerns to the provider. Understanding of medical terminology and wellness/integrative medicine concepts; familiarity with coding practices (preferred). Experience or interest in primary care, internal medicine, bariatric wellness, hormone therapy, or chronic disease management. Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy clinical setting. Competent in electronic medical record (EMR) documentation with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a healthcare or wellness clinic, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. IV therapy experience is strongly preferred: proficiency in starting difficult lines and managing IV protocols. Experience with hormone therapy (pellets, bioidentical HRT, peptides, or related modalities) strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term patient relationships with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for wellness-based, preventive, and integrative patient care, including patient education and lifestyle guidance. A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a positive, solution-focused approach to challenges. Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy in a dynamic environment. EMR proficiency; experience with Nextech or similar systems preferred. Professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to delivering an elevated patient experience.
