Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interventional pain management team. This role supports both procedural operations and PACU recovery, with additional participation in our on‑call rotation. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, confident in a procedure‑heavy environment, and experienced with post‑anesthesia care.

Key Responsibilities Assist physicians and advanced practice providers with interventional pain procedures, including injections, nerve blocks, and fluoroscopy‑guided procedures. Provide PACU recovery care, including monitoring patients post‑procedure, managing vital signs, assessing recovery progress, and ensuring readiness for discharge. Prepare procedure rooms, maintain sterile technique, and ensure equipment readiness. Educate patients on pre‑ and post‑procedure instructions. Document all care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record. Collaborate with the clinical team to maintain workflow efficiency and patient safety. Participate in medication administration, IV starts, and line management within LPN scope.
Qualifications:
Active LPN license in good standing. 3-5 years of experience in a clinical procedural setting including interventional pain and PACU recovery. Strong understanding of post‑anesthesia monitoring, airway support, discharge criteria, and emergency response protocols. Excellent communication and critical‑thinking skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, procedure‑heavy environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in pain management, ambulatory surgery, orthopedics, or neurology. Proficiency with fluoroscopy‑guided procedures. BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred.
