Job Description

Glen Brook Rehab and Nursing is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our long-term care team.
Pay & Benefits:
Up to $38.50/hour and $1,500 Sign on Bonus for FT Hires! And $3,000 Sign on Bonus for FT 3p-11p Hires! Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to long-term care residents Administer medications and treatments as ordered Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with care standards
Requirements:
