Job Requirements A passion for helping seniors A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family friends, and all team members. Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written Ability to work every other weekend Ability to work effectively as a team Job Responsibilities Developing relationships with residents and their families and supporting the physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs of the residents Communicate needs to and assist resident's doctors with medical assessments Supervise and motivate Caregivers and Medtechs Ability to maintain accurate and legible records such as nurses' notes, incident reports, 24-hour reports and medication records Qualifications Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing Program Current licensure by the State Board of Nurse Examiners Geriatric experience preferred but not mandatory.
