Every other weekend required A meaningful role supporting residents, families, and the care team What you'll do as an LPN Unit Clerk Administer medications, treatments, and procedures while following all care standards. Complete resident assessments and support care planning, follow-up, and documentation. Communicate resident updates with physicians, residents, families, and the care team. Process physician orders, referrals, paperwork, and daily reports. Help supervise unit care, support Nurse Aides, and promote quality outcomes.
