Job Description
Our Care Team Licensed Practical Nurses work Monday-Friday 8-5 pm with No weekends or late evenings! Sadler Health Center is recruiting a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to be part of our Medical Care Team. Join us in our Mission to advance the health of our community by providing inclusive, high quality and compassionate care. As a Sadler Health Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be part of a unique, team-oriented care model providing comprehensive medical, dental, and behavioral health services to our patients. As a Care Team Licensed Practical Nurse , you will be part of a unique team-oriented care model that provides comprehensive primary care and case management services to our patients. Our Care Team Licensed Practical Nurses conduct med reconciliations, assist with specialty referrals, pre-authorizations, and continuity of care as part of family medicine practice. This is a hands-on position with the opportunity to assist with patient visits and procedures. This is a fast-paced clinic with the opportunity to do varied procedures and care for patients of all ages. You must have an active Pennsylvania License as a Practical Nurse with a certificate or degree from an accredited program. We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package and generous time off. The starting pay range for this role is $28.00 to $31.00 per hour. Equal Opportunity Employer.
