Job Description
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our team, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to our patients. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of our experienced nursing staff, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with ADLs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Monitor and report patient progress, including identifying and addressing any changes or complications
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
