Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) - Rotational

Hourly Pay:

$33 - $43 Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the Dillsburg, PA area to work with a pediatric patient in their own home. This role is based in a private home environment with complex interpersonal dynamics. Success requires a high level of professionalism, resilience, and the ability to navigate challenging personalities while maintaining boundaries.

Responsibilities:

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. On each assignment, it provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

Currently licensed as an

LPN/LVN/RN

in the state in which the LPN/RN will practice. Current TB or Chest X-Ray. Current BLS card. One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
