Evening Shift:

2:30pm-10:30pm, Monday-Friday

Pay:

$32.30-$34.90/hour

Differentials:

$1.25/hour weekends, $3.00/hour evening shift Benefits

• Current PA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Current CPR certification

• Dedication to maintaining safety and infection control standards Your Role As an LPN at Fairmount, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care while supporting a culture of teamwork, respect, and dignity.

You will:

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies
• Make rounds, monitor resident health, and ensure resident safety
• Document resident care and communicate updates to the team
• Supervise and guide nursing assistants, supporting their development
• Assist with resident assessments, admissions, discharges, transfers, and end-of-life care
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, HIPAA, and the Corporate Compliance Plan
• Participate in and support team meetings and continuous quality improvement efforts
